1. Professional Services
STRAVARIS provides coaching, consulting, assessments, training, facilitated learning, and related development resources. Specific services, timelines, fees, deliverables, cancellation terms, and responsibilities may be governed by a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement controls.
2. Educational and Professional Development Disclaimer
Our offerings are intended for educational, developmental, and professional purposes. They are not medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and they do not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or other regulated professional relationship. Seek appropriately licensed professionals for advice in those areas.
3. Digital Products and Portal Access
Digital products, resources, downloads, assessments, and portal materials are licensed for your personal or internal business use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share access to, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written permission.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payment terms for services and digital products will be presented before purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, payments for immediately accessible digital products are non-refundable. Coaching, consulting, and training cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the applicable service agreement or stated booking terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The STRAVARIS name, website content, methods, materials, graphics, text, logos, digital products, and other content are owned by or licensed to STRAVARIS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRAVARIS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or offerings. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to STRAVARIS LLC for the applicable offering giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be addressed in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
